NSP program is open to Immigrants who have become Canadian Citizens, Refugee Claimants, Newcomers under OPN Program, Foreign Domestic Workers, International Students admitted under the LIC program, the Minister’s Permit Holder or persons who have received special permission to remain in Canada in order to become a Permanent Resident.
